Yes, collection and delivery is completely free of charge across our coverage area. You only pay for the laundry service itself, with no hidden fees or delivery charges.
Our standard turnaround is 24 hours for wash and dry, and 48 hours if ironing is included. In many cases, we can return your laundry even sooner, and some customers have received same-day service.

Yes. Our commercial washing machines are large enough to handle king size and super king duvets with plenty of space for a thorough clean. We wash and fully dry your duvet so it comes back fluffy and fresh.
Most duvets are ready within 24 to 48 hours. Larger or heavier items may take a little longer to ensure they are completely dry. We will let you know when yours is ready for collection.

Our Stores
We have three stores: Burbage (73 Boyslade Road, LE10 2RF), Earl Shilton (50 Wood Street, LE9 7ND) and Nuneaton (78 Queens Road, CV11 5LE). If you are in Hinckley, the Burbage store is the closest. Not sure? Call us on 0800 0932 363 and we will help.
All three stores are open Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm. We are closed on Sundays. Our collection and delivery service can be booked at any time.
No. You can walk into any of our stores at any time during opening hours. No appointment or booking is needed. Just bring your laundry, dry cleaning or repairs and we will take care of everything.

We do not have a store in Hinckley town centre, but our Burbage shop on Boyslade Road is just a short drive away and serves many Hinckley customers. Our Earl Shilton store is also nearby. Alternatively, our free collection and delivery service brings the laundrette to your door in Hinckley.
