These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of laundry services provided by Easy Laundry ("we", "us", "our"), operating from 1a Clarendon Road, Hinckley, LE10 0PJ. By using our services, you ("the customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Service Terms

Easy Laundry provides professional laundry services including service washes, wash dry and iron, dry cleaning, duvet cleaning, repairs and alterations, and collection and delivery.

  • We take reasonable care in the handling, washing, drying, ironing and folding of all items entrusted to us.
  • We are not liable for any pre-existing damage, wear, fading, shrinkage or defects in items. This includes damage caused by faulty manufacture, poor-quality dyes, weak or worn fabric, or items that are not suitable for the cleaning process requested.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to declare any delicate, fragile or specialist items at the time of drop-off or collection. This includes items with embellishments, beading, sequins, leather, suede or items requiring non-standard care. Failure to declare such items may result in damage for which we cannot accept liability.
  • Customers must check pockets and remove all personal items, valuables, and non-laundry items before handing over laundry. We are not responsible for damage to or loss of items left in pockets.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any items that we consider unsuitable for cleaning, contaminated or hazardous.
  • While we follow care label instructions where present, we cannot guarantee the outcome of cleaning items that have no care labels or where care labels have been removed.

2. Collection & Delivery Terms

Our collection and delivery service is available across Burbage, Earl Shilton, Nuneaton, Hinckley and surrounding areas.

  • We arrange collection and delivery times with you in advance. While we make every effort to keep to agreed times, we cannot guarantee exact collection or delivery times. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Items must be ready and accessible at the agreed collection time. If we arrive and the items are not ready or no one is available to hand them over, we may need to rearrange the collection, which could delay your order.
  • We will attempt to contact you if we are unable to make a collection or delivery at the agreed time.
  • Minimum order values may apply for the collection and delivery service. Please contact us for current details.
  • We aim to return your laundry within 24 to 48 hours of collection, though this may vary during busy periods.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices for our services are as quoted at the time of order, either in person, by phone, by email or as displayed on our website and price lists.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices. Any price changes will not affect orders already placed.
  • Payment is due upon delivery or collection of your cleaned items, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer (BACS) and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service.
  • For commercial and regular customers, bespoke pricing and invoicing arrangements may be available. Please contact us to discuss.
  • If an item requires additional work beyond the original service requested (e.g. heavy stain treatment), we will contact you to discuss any additional costs before proceeding.

4. Complaints

We are committed to providing a high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items to report any issues. This allows us to investigate your complaint promptly and effectively.
  • Complaints can be made by phone on 0800 0932 363, by email at info@easylaundry.com, or in person at any of our locations.
  • We will investigate all complaints thoroughly and aim to resolve them as quickly as possible.
  • Where a complaint is upheld, we may offer to re-clean the items at no additional charge, provide a partial or full refund, or offer credit towards future services, at our discretion.
  • Items must be returned to us in the same condition as when they were delivered for any complaint to be considered.

5. Liability Limitations

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed ten times the cleaning charge for the item(s) in question, or the reasonable replacement value of the item(s), whichever is lower.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of our services.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by inherent defects in items, including colour bleeding, shrinkage due to fabric composition, or deterioration of trimmings and embellishments.
  • Items left uncollected for more than 90 days following notification will be donated to charity or disposed of, and we shall have no further liability in respect of those items.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Easy Laundry website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by Easy Laundry and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
